Registration and Conference Fees
IABS 2025 Annual Conference in Maastricht, The Netherlands

Registration Process and Fees:
The registration process for IABS 2025 will open in mid-November 2024. Registration grants access to all our 2025 conference sessions, including receptions, the conference dinner, breakfast, lunch, and coffee breaks on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday.

Please note that an active IABS membership is required to register for the IABS 2025 conference. The membership fee is $100 for all categories (except for students, which is 50 USD) and it is paid in addition to the conference registration fee.

Additional options during registration for IABS 2025:
During the registration process, you will have the option to add:

• Pre-Conference Activities (registration for the main conference is required)

  • Doctoral Consortium: Free of charge. This activity is only available for doctoral students at any stage of their program.

  • Donna Wood Writing Camp: $150 for the two-day program.

• Saturday Afternoon Excursion: Choose either a river cruise or a walking tour, for an additional cost of $30.

• Guest Ticket for the Fourth Annual John Mahon Celebratory Banquet (evening of Friday, April 4) at Château Neercanne, for an additional cost of $ 130

Note: The Doctoral Consortium and Donna Wood Writing Camp are scheduled and will run in parallel (Wednesday and Thursday) before the official start of the conference, meaning you can only attend one. Acceptance to these activities is required, following the instructions provided in our main Call for Papers (CfP) and on our website.
